Better Living: Exercise & Nutrition Daily

BLEND (Better Living: Exercise & Nutrition Daily) is committed to improving the health of children in Central Minnesota by reducing the epidemic of childhood obesity. A coalition of medical professionals, parents, and health care advocates work in four focus areas: physical activity, nutrition, medical community, and advocacy.

Powered by Feeling Good MN

As a program of Feeling Good MN, BLEND strives to make a significant impact on childhood obesity in four focus areas: physical activity, nutrition, medical community and advocacy. BLEND will continue to advance its strategic priorities to support policy, environmental and system changes that are broad-based and sustainable.

“To see that obesity rates are not increasing, but rather decreasing as children age, is encouraging.”
– David Tilstra, MD, president of CentraCare Clinic
